Background
So we were all chillin in the studio when Thom brings in this fuckin cassette tape by MACINTOSH PLUS and puts it on and we're all like wtf Thom this is some fucked up shit but it was so interesting that we had to listen to the whole damn thing so we looked this mufucka up and apparently this is called vaporwave so we're like oh shit son this #vapewave shit is p nice we should do one of those
So we did
The album was dedicated as a thank-you gift to Janelle Monae, a noble fan and frequent listener of the DL Brigade - and as well as for being the great wonderful and majestic cyber queen she is.
